Having to explain who we are we cannot help but talk about the owner of the company as well as the owner of the trade mark TANGOLERA who represents it the most in the world: we are talking about PASQUALE GIRARDI and speaking of him we cannot disregard his path as a dancer and teacher of Argentine Tango. Pasquale started as a dancer in 1997 and in 2000 he became a Tango master, his passion for Tango pushed him, over the years, to improve more and more; together with the professional dancer Luciana Semprini, who has always accompanied him, is invited to participate, with workshops and exhibitions, in many events both in Italy and in Europe: Metz Festival and Crest Festival in France, Tango Norte in Stockholm, Antwerp Tango Festival just to name a few.

He is also the creator and organizer of the famous International Festival "Rimini Tango Fusion", a very successful event that debuts in 2007 and that is repeated until 2010 during the year-end festivities.
She is dancing and confronting herself continuously with other professional and non-professional dancers, who become more and more aware of the importance of using shoes that are comfortable and technically unexceptionable, and she realizes that it is in Italy, which also boasts a prestigious and rich footwear tradition of proposals, both abroad, it is not possible to find shoes with the features they consider essential.

Thus, in 2004, on the hills of the Rimini hinterland, in Italy, an ambitious project was born: to combine the great experience gained on the dance floors with an innovative and high performance line of footwear.

This project is given the name of Bandolera Tango Shoes.
The first Bandolera are made thanks to the collaboration with amateur stylists, only later the design of these shoes will be entrusted to fashion professionals such as Fabiana Montesi, Head of Style Office.

At the same time, the innovative NO MORE PAIN footbed for the women's line is developed, a unique feature that makes Tangolera the queen of tango shoes, present all over the world with more than 100 retailers spread over approximately 50 countries, and that gives work to 45 people between workers and experts.

Closed by the skilled hands of Italian master shoemakers and the passionate and far-sighted vision of a Tango Argentino professional who believes in his dreams, Tangolera has profoundly changed the way of producing and the notion of Tango shoes.
